IJRA forms are formatted using Microsoft Word 2002 and Microsoft Excel 2002 or .pdf files.  If you are having trouble viewing documents on your computer, Word and Excel Viewers are also available at www.microsoft.com/downloads or ADOBE Acrobat Reader is available at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

Membership forms for the 2009 Rodeo Season will be available in February 2009.

The following forms are required for membership in the Idaho Junior Rodeo Association:

Membership Form – includes a release of liability that must be signed and notarized.  A copy of the member’s birth certificate must be on file with the association.  Please provide a copy if you have not done so in the past.  Membership Fees are $50 per member or $75 per family.  Rulebooks will be available upon paid membership.  Please make sure that you obtain one, as the directors will make every effort to enforce the rules.  Membership is due by April 1, 2007 for past members.  Past members who enroll after this date will be assessed a $20 per family late fee and are not guaranteed acceptance, but are accepted on a first-come/first-served basis until the membership cap is reached.  Membership is open for new members from April 1 until May 1 or until the membership cap is reached.

Sponsor Form – each member must have a minimum $25 sponsor.  The sponsor can be from a business or individual.  Sponsor money plays a large part in our awards program.  Securing sponsors results in our ability to award more to our members.  A sponsor calendar* is produced to showcase advertisements placed by the sponsors and sold at all six rodeos.  Each member must have a sponsor to be eligible for awards. 

Volunteer Sign-up Form – The Junior Rodeo Association relies heavily on parent involvement to keep our events running smoothly and quickly.  New members can easily get left behind - not know what needs to be done or how to volunteer.  To help everyone with this process, please complete the above form and return it with your membership.  Event directors will contact you to identify where your help can best be used and to explain your duties.  Remember, if everyone volunteers to help at an event - even for one or two rodeos - we will be fully staffed and ready to compete at a record pace.

Entry Form – Entries to IJRA events must be pre-paid.  Each event has an entry due date that must be followed to allow time necessary to secure stock contracts and print programs.  Should problems arise, the Secretary must be contacted immediately at 208-684-5273.  Other officers will not be made responsible for your entry.  Rodeo Secretary office hours are 7am-8pm Monday thru Saturday.  Entries can be mailed to be received by the closing date or delivered to the official drop box located at 316 E 400 N, Blackfoot ID.  The draw, stock orders, and day sheet printing is completed the Monday following the closing date; therefore, late entries cannot be accepted.

Optional Calendar Photo – A photograph of the member may be included for printing in the sponsor calendar. 

 *Information that is turned in after the April 30, 2008 deadline cannot be guaranteed to be in the calendar.  Every effort will be made; however, late entries can cause undue hardship on the calendar editor and the printing companies.
